How far in advance should I reach out?
The earlier the better — especially for balloon installations. We recommend reaching out at least 3–4 weeks before your event. For larger setups or busy seasons like holidays and graduation weekends, 6–8 weeks gives us the most room to get everything right.
How does the process work?
Once you submit an inquiry, we'll follow up within 1–2 business days to chat about your vision. From there, we'll recommend the right combination of services, confirm your date and go over the details.
Can I choose my own color palette for the balloon installation?
Absolutely. We work closely with you on palette, scale, and placement to make sure everything feels cohesive with your overall vision. Not sure where to start? We'll help guide you toward combinations that work well together and photograph beautifully.
Can my printed details match my existing theme or decor?
Yes — that's exactly the goal. Whether you have a fully mapped-out vision or just a color and a feeling, we design every printed piece to feel cohesive with the rest of your event. Share any inspiration or references and we'll take it from there.
Do you offer packages, or is everything custom?
Everything is tailored to your event. During our consultation, we'll put together a recommendation based on your vision, the size of your gathering, and what combination of services will make the biggest impact.
Do you travel outside of San Diego?
Our home base is San Diego, CA. We do occasionally travel for events across the greater Southern California area — reach out and we'll let you know what's possible for your location and date.
Do you require a deposit to hold my date?
Yes, a 25% deposit is required to officially hold your date and kick off the design process. All the details are outlined in your service agreement before anything is confirmed.
